Founder & Director| Lexington High School
Jane Oh
Jane Oh is a student at Lexington High School and the founder & Director of MentorArc. She started the program with a simple goal: to make academic and emotional support more accessible for younger students. Passionate about education, sociology, and policy, Jane is especially interested in addressing educational inequity and creating spaces where all students feel seen, supported, and empowered. Outside of school, she loves creative writing, drawing, and playing piano. She started MentorArc hoping it could be a place where students help each other grow—without pressure, just real support. She hopes that through this program all students will be able to reach their full academic potential.
